Who lives here:
This is a retired couple’s villa
Place: Napa, California
Size: 260 square feet (24 square meters)
Designer: Jane Ellison

Prior To: Remember that this was not a remodel– whatever seen here burned to the ground. However the picture reveals the design the couple had actually dealt with prior to the fire. The house had a compartmentalized layout of spaces that were shut off from one another.

Twenty-two of the 55 condominiums in the neighborhood had actually burned to the ground, so the HOA had one designer style the brand-new shells, pipes and electrical systems. Then the property owners needed to take it from there. In between the heavy need for experienced labor, the pandemic and supply chain concerns, it was 5 years prior to the condominium was move-in all set.

” These property owners enjoy to prepare and to mingle. They have 3 adult kids, a lot of grandchildren and great deals of pals they like to collect with here,” Ellison states. She understood an open design would be more favorable to amusing than a closed style would.
