Why Stanford’s Leaders Tolerate Anti-Semitism

After Hamas massacred some 1,400 Israelis on Oct. 7, lots of Stanford trainees marched in assistance of the terrorist group, shouting “2, 4, 6, 8, smash the Zionist inhabitant state.” University leaders reacted with a declaration supporting “scholastic flexibility,” consisting of the “expression of questionable and even offending views.”

This is the very same university where administrators in 2015 carried out a Removal of Hazardous Language Effort, which released a brochure of words and expressions to be gotten rid of from the school’s sites. Amongst the proscribed terms: “American,” “immigrant” and “blind research study.”
